How It Works
Experienced Leadership
Candace Lewis, PA-C, FMACP, leads Ally Healthcare with more than a decade of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and geriatric care. Candace has served as a solo provider in both rural clinics and multiple ALFs, where she directed all aspects of resident care. Her clinical expertise spans chronic disease management, acute care, preventive health, and transitional care.
